Gee we're proud of engageHQ. We are a team of event professionals supporting Event Organisers from all walks of life to plan and build any style of event from the ground up, anywhere in Australia. Yep- we're proud as punch!

For 8 great years engageHQ traded as venuHQ and we were an events team primarily providing free national Conference and event planning, and venue sourcing support to Corporate organisations and Associations. But we were always so much more than a venue sourcing agency.

engageHQ was established in June 2019 however we didn't have the chance to formally launch our new ranges of services to the market until Oct 2020. Demand on our first level of service with venuHQ took off at that time so we kept engageHQ on the down low.

FINALLY we launched the engageHQ full range of services to the world in October 2020, and what a massive relief that was for our team as a whole. We could finally sing it from the rooftops that engageHQ is an unrivaled Conference and Event Supplier Partner in all ways, shapes and sizes, and we're here to help everyone!!!!

If the year 2020 has taught us anything, it's the fact that we are human, and are not invincible, but we LOVE to engage with others. We miss each other personally, socially and in our work environments, and engagement in all areas has become so much more valued.

Sharing information, engagement and celebration will become a huge part of our lives again and we couldn't be more thrilled at the timing of the launch of engageHQ.


In the beginning

engageHQ was developed by Natalie Turner, the organisations Founding Director. Originally a Marketing professional across many industries, Natalie decided to embrace her true passion and only play in the Events ball pit. In this space she has found that she can really contribute, and offer so much more to so many businesses and events organisers as a whole.


After spending many years creating Event Supplier Exhibition events for Event Organisers, Natalie discovered that she really knew everyone from everywhere, and had an endless supplier database that could assist others in their Conference and Event Planning!

Considering how effective a broker- "no fee for service" business model has been for many businesses, Natalie decided to adapt this same model to her huge venue and event supplier databases. engageHQ became the one point of contact for 1000's of suppliers and venues, and our team helps all Event organisers SAVE so much time and money.
