Housed in the iconic Stag Hotel, The Stag Public House is reinventing the Adelaide pub scene by throwing back to what makes the Aussie pub great. The Stag Public House insists on supporting local and you can see this through food, beers and wines. The food itself is a huge part of what makes them great, with everything being made by our chefs in-house utilising fresh local ingredients.
Since the redevelopment to create The Stag Public House, the building has been transformed and divided into three unique areas, The Front Bar, Function Areas and Yiasou George (available on request). Each of these spaces offers something different and allows for a diverse selection of function opportunities, from sit down lunches to large cocktail parties.
The upstairs function areas consist of a private bar and both have access to Adelaide’s best balcony.
